January 16

1. We had the 1st reading of a No modular homes in R-1 (neighborhoods) ordinance. This was recommended from P&Z.

2. We had the first reading of an Adult Entertainment Ordinance. No one is trying to open any adult business, but this ordinance gives us very stringent rules to keep that from happening. Recommended from P&Z.

3. Heard from Steven Schumacher who is the head of Only in Cartersville tourism board about how the board could help with us advertising events and history.

4. We spoke about a Downtown Development authority and whether we should implement one in Euharlee.

5.Managers report which is available on the City website. This updates the status of events and projects going on by the City.
