We heard from Elections Supervisor Joseph Kirk, who appeared before council to dispel a rumor that had been formed on social media that Euharlee's Voting precinct would be moved to the city of Adairsville. This was a vicious rumor started to stir up animosity toward the City Council or the Elections board. Either way the rumor is completely a lie and would be illegal if the board even wanted to do something so crazy.

1. Loving Arm Cancer outreach gave a financial report to the City of funds they raised during the Festival of Trees. They raised over $21,000.

2. We had the 2nd reading of both the no modular homes in R-1 and an Adult Entertainment ordinance and both passed unanimously.

5. We accepted the P&Z recommendation to appoint Jim Thibault to the P&Z.

6. John Winnenberg presented 2 projects that were both approved. One was repaving in Hunter's Landing. Second was to bring sewer further into downtown Euharlee and pave the parking lot in front of the covered bridge.

7. We approved the Statewide Mutual Aid agreement amongst municipalities, state and federal agencies.

8. We approve Town Hall Meetings to be coming to a neighborhood near you!

9.We heard a proposal to add an incentive to the City employment package which would be a reduced rate on memberships at Anytime Fitness in Euharlee.
